“What is being done here by CAGW, in my view, is of the greatest importance.” - Sen. John McCain

Oppose the $380 million earmark for MEADS!

MEADS is a missile defense program that is $2 billion over budget, 10 years behind schedule, and failing to meet key performance standards. The U.S. Army does not want MEADS, and three congressional committees eliminated funding for the program this year. However, despite no authorization for MEADS, the Senate Appropriations Committee rubber-stamped the Obama Administration’s request for another round of funding, a move that will cost taxpayers $380 million and keep this failed system alive and draining vital dollars from real national security priorities.

Tell your senator today to ensure that not one more taxpayer dollar is wasted on this unnecessary and unwanted program!
